Lead-times for Orders

Farmers Market Products: At least 24-48 hours notice. Visit our Market Menu for more details. 

Fundraising: Lead times are listed and will vary per product and volume of the order. Additional lead time may be necessary during the months of May-June due to Graduation season and October-December due to holiday season. Please go to our Fundraising page for details.    

Personal Orders:

  1. Party Favors (Individual Size Bags): 7 Days
  2. Large Bag & 50 Quart Bag: 5 Days

We Do Accept Rush Orders! Please contact us first as a Rush Fee of 25% may/may not be necessary and to confirm feasibility for completing the order. 

Orders for Shipping: All products you find on our website are available for shipping, unless clearly stated “Not Available for Shipping” in its description page. We typically require a 7 day preparation period and you can expect a 3-4 day period for shipping.  

 

Order Pickup

Pickup Location & Times

Stadium Market Place (outside entry way of Starbucks):

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30am
  • Saturday/Sunday: 1:30pm

Or pick up at one of our weekly markets if feasible:

  • Sunday: Mililani Highschool, 8-11am
  • Wednesday: Blaisdell Center (Kapiolani Side), 4-7pm
  • Thursday: Kailua Town (across Longs Drugs/UFC Gym), 4-7pm
  • Saturday: Kapiolani Community College (Diamond Head Rd), 7:30-11:15am

If any of the above is not feasible for you please bring it to our attention and we will try to accomadate you to the best of our ability.

Delivery

Delivery Schedule 

Our Delivery Service charges a flat rate of $12 within a radius of 15 miles from the Airport. 

  • Monday-Friday: 9-11am
  • Saturdays/Sundays: Delivery is not available on the weekends, but we do offer local pickup. Please click on the tab “Pickup Location Details” for further information.

We will contact you between 1-3 days prior to delivery as a courtesy reminder. Please understand we DO NOT provide precise arrival times due to unforeseen factors (traffic delays, weather, multiple delivery locations) and CAN NOT accommodate specific arrival time requests. However we will keep you abreast the day of delivery as to our arrival time, so please be flexible and plan accordingly.

Graduation Season & Holiday Notice (May-July and October-December): Delivery times may vary earlier/slightly later than the mentioned time frame due to the numerous orders we receive. We will keep you informed in the event this happens.

Shipping

Shipping

We require up to (7) days production time of your order and (3-5) days arrival time sent via Priority Mail. Orders are cooked > bagged > shipped same day to arrive at least a day sooner/same day of customers “Desired Receipt Date,” as requested in the ordering process. If there are any special requirements for your order, the customer will be contacted immediately and provided the necessary information. 

Please keep in mind the product will retain freshness up to 2 weeks from time its made to arrival to customer. 

Cancel / Refund / Order Change Policy

Cancelation Policy

Please remember there is much logistical preparation, materials acquired, and administrative efforts to ensure the readiness of your order.

When a Order is Canceled:

  • 100% Reimbursement to customer if order is canceled within 48 hours after submitting.
  • Rush Orders of any quantity will result in no refund.
  • Orders canceled after 48hrs will result in a “e-credit” and can be applied for future orders. It can be of equal/lesser value in which the entirety of the customers “e-credit” would be applied, and any remaining balance if it is of greater value would be paid for by the customer. A customers “e-credit” will hold a shelf life of 12 months from original order date.
  • If Order is Canceled Within 7 Days: In some cases, we may need to produce orders as early as 7 days to alleviate us from becoming overwhelemd on our production side. In the event a customer cancels their order and it has been made, our guidelines of the “e-credit” will apply but customer may incur additional charge for the re-make of their order.   

Order Quantity Adjustment: Unfortunately we do not modify orders to decrease in quantity due to matierals purchased, processing fees, and logistical preparation involved. Contact us immediately if you wish to increase the quantity of your order and we will do the best to our ability to accomadate. Please understand, if requested 6 days or less from the receipt date of your order, a rush fee may/may not apply.
