How to Get Started:
1. Decide if your going to sell by
- Bulk Sum Purchase:Â Store front style, purchasing what you predict you will sell
- Pre-Ordering: Advertising within your office/work area, friends, family and gaining your own orders, setting your own fee deadline, and collect the money before you’ve received the order.
3. Submit Order & Pay Online, DONE!
4. Order is Delivered
Lead-Time Notice:
- Standard 2 weeks for all orders 300-600 Bags
- General Production Notice: Production times may vary due to high volume orders, graduation/holiday season, logistical or ingredient shortage. In some cases, we may try to provide your order earlier than expected or request additional time if absolutely necessary. We do greatly ask for your flexibility and patience. Â Â
Cant reach the minimal amount?
Over time we have realized everyone’s circumstances are different and are still willing to work with you to help achieve your fundraising goals. However, we would still require a 2 week lead time to successfully fulfill the order as our work load always varies.
Can you keep selling AFTER you’ve submitted an order?
Yes! Once submitted, we know you may have some last minute orders. All you have to is submit another order online, done! We only ask once you are 7 days prior to receipt of your order it is best to contact us immediately to confirm our ability to accommodate. If necessary, payment can be made on site of delivery.
Advice on Flavor Selection & Pricing Strategy:
- We recommend to review Our Flavors page to meet the likes of your customer base
- Top Selling Flavors always start with Sweet & Salty, Fruity Rainbow, and Ono Hurricane
- When selecting only (2) flavors, Sweet & Salty and Ono Hurricane are routinely selected
- We like to recommend offering at least 3 or 4 for flavor variety
- Pricing: Set a standard price for 1 bag (ex. $8) and offer a “Multi Bag” discount.
- For example: Every 3 or 4 bags to receive a $2 discount OR
- Every 3 or 4 Bags purchased, the next bag FREE.
- Don’t forget to PUSH the reason of your over all goal of fundraising!

Pay by CC/PayPal:Â The customer will incur a processing fee as displayed when selecting this option upon the Checkout Page.Â
Pay VENMO:Â No fee is applied
Pay By Check: Please make payable to "Ono Kettle Pop." After submitting your order, you will receive an email address to send payment. Orders are not initiated until payment is received.Â
Cancellation/Refund: Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for fundraising orders due to the logistical preparation and materials acquired to ensure the readiness of the order. However, if there is significant changes to the fundraising event, it is the customers responsibility to notifiy us immediately so we can best accomadate the situation.   Â
Order Modification (Increase): During the time of fundraising, we understand there are always last minute purchases. In this instance, we will allow any additional add ons to the order as long as the customer understands it may result in additional time to complete the order. Please contact us immediately to confirm if it will or will not effect completion of the entirety of the order as it will vary.Â
Please keep in mind our busiest season is:
Summer Time:Â May - July (Graduation and Summer events)
Holiday Time: October - December (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
We always welcome fundraising orders during this time but do appreciate customers flexibility and understanding with receiving orders possibly sooner or if necessary later than the requested receipt date.
