Delivery Schedule
Our Delivery Service charges a flat rate of $12-15 which will be applied upon choosing in the Checkout Process of your order.
- Monday-Friday: 9-11am
- Saturdays/Sundays: Not available due to weekend market schedule.
Please understand we DO NOT provide precise arrival times due to unforseen factors (traffic delays, weather, multiple delivery locations) and DO NOT accomadate requests for specific arrival times. However we will keep you abreast the day of delivery as to our arrival time, so please be flexible and plan accordingly.
Our Policy
Cancellation/Refund: Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for canceled orders due to the logistical preparation and materials acquired to ensure the readiness of your order. We understand events change, which is why we handle this situation on a "Case-By-Case" basis but it is the customers responsibility to bring to our attention immediately. In the case of a "Refund," there will be a minimum $10 Admin charge, but this amount may be higher based on the volume of the order.
Order Modification (Increase/Decrease): Unfortunately we do not modify orders to decrease in quantity due to matierals purchased, processing fees, and logistical preparation involved. Contact us immediately if you wish to increase the quantity of your order and we will do the best to our ability to accomadate. Please understand, if requested 6 days or less from the receipt date of your order, a rush fee may apply.
