Cancelation Policy

Please remember there is much logistical preparation, materials acquired, and administrative efforts to ensure the readiness of your order.

When a Order is Canceled:

• 100% Reimbursement to customer within 48 hours after submitting.
• Rush Orders (Orders made less than requested lead time) are Non-Refundable. 
• Orders canceled after 48hrs will result in a "e-credit" and can be applied for future orders. It can be of equal/lesser value in which the entirety of the customers "e-credit" would be applied, and any remaining balance if it is of greater value would be paid for by the customer. A customers "e-credit" will hold a shelf life of 12 months from original order date.
• If Order is Canceled Within 7 Days: In some cases, we may need to produce orders as early as 7 days to alleviate us from becoming overwhelmed on our production side. In the event a customer cancels their order and it has been made, our guidelines of the "e-credit" will apply but customer may incur additional charge for the re-make of their order.   

Order Quantity Adjustment: Unfortunately we do not modify orders to decrease in quantity due to materials purchased, processing fees, and logistical preparation involved. Contact us immediately if you wish to increase the quantity of your order and we will do the best to our ability to accommodate. Please understand, if requested 6 days or less from the receipt date of your order, a rush fee may/may not apply.
